The idea of JBU began with a casual conversation between a group of friends. What started as a simple thought soon felt like something that could truly become meaningful if it was taken seriously and presented to the management.
JBU was then discussed with the higher management at Vel Tech University. After multiple permissions, approvals, and access processes, the team received the final permit to make it happen.

We identified a real gap between students and top celebrities, leaders, entrepreneurs, and accomplished personalities. Most guests give a formal speech and leave. Students rarely get the chance to truly interact, ask deeper questions, or understand their real journey.
JBU was created to bridge this exact gap. Bypassing the podium, we bring conversations to a deeply human scale. It is fully student-driven, with Vel Tech University participants carefully selected based on the guest and language compatibility.
This platform allows students to hear the uncut truth: real stories, raw struggles, failures, breakthroughs, life lessons, and perspectives that go far beyond formal scripts.

Auditions are conducted exclusively inside the VelTech University to find the right voices.
Only a highly curated group of 21 students is selected to form the core interaction circle.
Interaction curation is heavily tailored to match the language compatibility and energy of the guest.
Chosen through language auditions, the student anchor leads the conversation with clarity, confidence, and natural flow.
